Protein shake part 2

Peanut Butter Oat bran protein blast, another excellent muscle building smoothie perfect for pre workout, or post workout, or in between meals, the Oat bran is added for extra fibre and the also has benefits including lowering cholesterol.

what you will need:

1. 1/2 scoop USN whey protein
2. 1 tsp Peanut butter
3. 1/2 cup strawberries
4. 1/4 cup oats
5. 1 tbsp. oat bran
6. 1 cup skimmed milk


Chuck it all in a blender and mix it up. if need be add a little water.

Carbs        59.7g
Fats           7.1g
Kilojoules 1772 ( calories 422 )
